Remorse-timer actions and remorse-timer settings configuration

The remorse-time is by default 5 seconds and in some cases it seems to be too long. To fix this make it possible for user to define a preferred system-wide remorse time in Settings > System Settings > Device section for example. - Optimally, there could be settings to specify different remorse times to different actions.
